People were rude and obviously didn’t want to sell us the car. Trade in was super low and they won’t negotiate at all. Please beware as they will try to sell you a lot of extra stuff you don’t need. Website pricing no relation to reality! Called about a 2016 Toyota RAV4 listed on their website for $15.7K. Website also offered $500 coupon "good on all vehicles!" We had to call multiple t Called about a 2016 Toyota RAV4 listed on their website for $15.7K. Website also offered $500 coupon "good on all vehicles!" We had to call multiple times to get the coupon, and then when we asked for a purchase agreement/contract, Shottenkirk had added on $10K in fees. I've bought numerous cars from dealerships and expect fees, taxes, etc to be a couple thousand, but the out the door price had increased to over $25K. When I called to inquire, their manager Bill would not answer questions and hung up on me. Not sure how/why they're in the auto sales business. More

I purchased my car on June 5 th. I still have not received my tag or title. . I have paid for the tag and have waited for it for seven (7) weeks . I live in Oklahoma and have purchased 5 other cars in Texas but have never had such a difficult time receiving my my tag and title. I will never recommend Shottenkirk Toyota to anyone nor will I ever purchase another car from them. When I called about the paperwork they said that they use a third party to process. This has caused me great stress. I would really like to get the tag and title for my car. I am so frustrated. I feel like they got my money and that is all they care about . Customer service is last on the list for them. More
