Service ended up being completed in one day but communication was horrible! We received a text in the morning at 0730 that we could reply to or a number to call. We text 3 times throughout the day without a response. We called 3 times and left a voicemail. We did get a response around 1:30 saying they were looking at the car at that time. We didn’t hear anything and called again around 3:30. Finally a little after 4 we called the main number for them to track down our service representative. At that time, she said they were just now looking at the car. Fortunately it was a dead battery that was able to be replaced quickly and we picked up the car right at closing. However, the communication was severely lacking and it should not have taken that long to look at our car. More
Ryan, my sales guy, was awesome. Really personable and relatable. Wasn’t pushy and understood what I was wanting and what I expected. Chandler, the F&I person I mainly dealt with was very thorough and was extremely likable. His pitch on the extended warranty was detailed and well put together, and yet did not come off as aggressive as his higher up’s tactic was. Overall, anyone who is lucky enough to get Ryan as a salesperson and Chandler as your F&I guy, congrats. You will have a great experience. More

Cracked the washer on the drain plug and gave it back leaking oil after an oil change. I took it back and they fixed it, but did not refill the oil. I Had to buy two quarts on my own. The technician/technicians lied about the work that they completed on our van and they falsified the paperwork they provided to me. When I inquired about the dishonesty, one of the technicians showed contem completed on our van and they falsified the paperwork they provided to me. When I inquired about the dishonesty, one of the technicians showed contempt, was hostile, and displayed an negative unprofessional attitude, like he did not care. I do not believe that I can trust this dealership with any further repairs for our vehicle. I have provided thousands of dollars over the years to this dealership for their services. After this incident, I now have serious doubts about them. An independent, wide-range investigation should be conducted with this dealership. More
