Gave a lackadaisical response to a readily observable problem. I purchased the warranty that is heavily pushed by the sales team and i warned to not purchase the warranty.. the service department took ev problem. I purchased the warranty that is heavily pushed by the sales team and i warned to not purchase the warranty.. the service department took every opportunity to avoid resolving the issue. The service department said that they wouldn’t handle the claim and the car need to be taken to the manufacturing dealer to have the issue resolved. In summary, I purchased a used car along with the warranty suggested by the sales team. With in 3 weeks of purchase an issue arose, that is specifically detailed to be covered in the warranty i purchased, the service department stated that the issue was not an issue and i should take the car to a manufacturer dealership to have any problems resolved. The warranty company said that i am supposed be to have the repaired by the dealership of purchase.. More
