I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews when it comes to shottenkirk, but I can only speak from personal experience so my customer support experience (so far) has been nothing but great, the service advisor shottenkirk, but I can only speak from personal experience so my customer support experience (so far) has been nothing but great, the service advisors help you out with any problem you may have and get you back on the road as quick as possible. The front desk lady has a positive attitude and is super nice and easy to talk to, I will continue to bring my Ford into them as long as they keep continuing the put the customers first! More

Used car buyers BEWARE. That was the worst car buying experience I’ve had in 25 years. Came to but a car that was advertised on Autotrader for $13,000. I spoke twice to sa That was the worst car buying experience I’ve had in 25 years. Came to but a car that was advertised on Autotrader for $13,000. I spoke twice to sales before coming out. Drive the hour drive, test drove the car and was ready to write the check… but they added $4500 in “dealer fees” , THAT RIGHT $4500 extra above advertised price. 32% increase. After a long discussion with Josh and then Mack they cut $700 off the extra $4500. They never apologize, never empathize, only defended why they needed the extra $4500. This is truly the BAIT and SWITCH dealership. It’s was still a decent price but I could’ve never in clear conscience rewarded their behavior and standards by buying a car from them. Found a great car at BMW Clear Lake with ZERO builder fees. More
