Recently visited this dealership for a problem with our a/c and Fallon figured out the problem quickly and had our Cadillac out in 36 hrs. Fallon is a great asset for Sherman -Chevrolet and Cadillac. Always kept me updated as to when and even had the car cooling when I arrived and a cold bottle of water!! Would recommend this dealership to everyone. Definitely a 5 star experience. We had tried to get this problem fixed at Crest Cadillac in Frisco, TX but really never got a response from them. Will definitely buy our next one from Sherman Cadillac. Thank you very much.
