Over Labor Day weekend, while on a family trip visiting the greater Baltimore area, the service engine soon light came on. Did a quick GPS search of the nearest Nissan Dealership and Sheehy came up only a the greater Baltimore area, the service engine soon light came on. Did a quick GPS search of the nearest Nissan Dealership and Sheehy came up only a few miles from the hotel. I called and explained my situation and they promptly worked me in on a busy Saturday. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly met by Jennifer. She indicated that the dealership would look at the problem and let me know the situation asap. I was relieved to have the vehicle in trusted hands. We also reviewed some other service that I needed done. Ended up also asking Sheehy to do an oil change and other services while they were checking the service engine soon light. Final results on the service light was a loose gas cap and I also took care of other service that I would have had to do when I got home. Was in and out in about and hour and half. The service and interaction was typical of an oustanding Nissan dealership. Would highly recommend Sheehy! More

Particularly, I want to mention that all 4 vehicles that I have purchased have been made through the Sales Associate Kenny Pursley. Hands down he is the best!!! No pressure at all and 100% relate-able to the customer.He has worked with me on all my purchases and it is employees like Kenny that keep customers loyal to a dealership. Kenny is the reason that I will continue to stick with Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. Great Job Kenny!!!! More
Tried to charge my Leaf but I was told that their chargers were for Sheehy customers only. I offered that all Leaf owners were potential Sheehy customers, but Mike Nicoli (not just a salesman, but th chargers were for Sheehy customers only. I offered that all Leaf owners were potential Sheehy customers, but Mike Nicoli (not just a salesman, but the sales MANAGER) was not interested in my analysis and I walked out. Dennis is really the reason we purchased a vehicle from this dealership. His compassion, responsiviness, friendly demeanor, and sense of humor are key characteristics that Sheehy should strive to emulate this dealership. We visited the Annapolis dealership two weeks prior to going to Glen Burnie and the difference is like day and night. Although I live closer to Annoplis, I would travel the distance to Glen Burnie if I am ever in the market for another Nissan. I've also purchased four Lexus vehicles from Sheehy in Annapolis, all with very good experiences. I would certainly entertain purchasing a future vehicle from Dennis. More
After my 2/5/2012 ordeal at Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie, I swore never to return to that dealership, but for the professionalism and kindness of one of the managers I did return. He called me and apologized for the incidence that happen earlier in the day. He said that it was a very busy day and the service area was swarmed with a lot of customers. In the process of trying to keep their high standard of customer satisfaction they made some errors. He promised me that such errors would never happen again. He told me I wasn’t lied to and that it was just a mix up. He convinced me to bring in my car the next day which I did and I received the highest standard of customer service I had ever received from any dealership. My car and I left the dealership very happy and we promise to return to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. More
The Service that Dennis provided me with the leasing of my new 2012 Nissan Frontier was excellent. He was honest and up front with all the information that he provided to me. Overall experience is pretty good, but be aware when you're buying the VIP program. The first thing that they stress when you buy this VIP CLUB, is oil & filter changes for life of the vehicle. Since the purchase we have not had one good experience with them. We bought the interior/exterior protection program and the first service with them to have this done left our brand new vehicle with white streaks all over it... We had to take it back three times and argue with three different people who accused us of putting something on the vehicle. We were promised that with the VIP service that all we had to do was bring the vehicle in and we would be moved to the front of the line and get serviced. Now only a few months after the purchase we are told that they don't have enough people to provide this service as PROMISED and SOLD and now we have to set an appointment and there is no more VIP service. They promise a car wash every time you take the care in for service, we took it in for the first oil change and NO CAR WASH... they have not done ONE thing that they have promised or that we PAID FOR!!!! We have complained to the service manager and emailed them and not one of them has even bothered to respond to us or acknowledge us. The only thing I can say that they have done consistently is NOT PROVIDE any customer service or actually provide any of the services they promised. More
My experience at Sheehy was incredible. I had not bought a car in YEARS and I was terrified. I was recommended to go and see a Mr. Dennis Watley and lm so glad I did, It was not that easy, it took me a long time before I told myself “is time”. And let me tell you I’m so glad I did. My all around experience was excellent. I left Sheehy of Glen Burnie with a 2012 brand new car, excellent payments. I could not believe how easy it was. Till this moment I still can’t believe it. I feel like a teenager buying their first car, and trust me I’m way beyond teenage years. All I can say is “Thank You so much” More
