Look, I'm a hard critic and tend to be apprehensive when dealing with car salesmen (especially in Tysons)due to their overtly pompous egos towards individuals passing through to look, ask questions and some dealing with car salesmen (especially in Tysons)due to their overtly pompous egos towards individuals passing through to look, ask questions and sometimes purchase a vehicle. But, not to sound cliche or anything,this dealership from the moment I walked in with no car, until the moment I walked out with one...I can tell ya, the guys at Infiniti are some of the nicest, consice and down to earth people I'v ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I without a doubt give it a 100% rating and that is due to all of the above and more. Honestly, if you're looking for a dealership in the area that is willing to work with you at a fair price, an honest price, as far as im concerned you need to take a minute and stop in Infiniti at Tysons Corner. Towney took great care of me in fixing the offer i got from a great GM, Mr Park. Brian's awesome too, always willing to lend a hand when needed. I call him for all of my post purchase needs. Terry in the back is good at talking. But as throrough as he is, he makes it entertaining and is understanding that you wana get out and drive your new car. So like I'v said before, the concise way of talking to his clients is something he's mastered and it helps. To conclude, this dealership is the most compotent dealership I have been to, and i truly recomend it for anyone looking for a car. More

I went to Tysons Corner Infiniti originally to buy a G37x but wound up buying a FX 35. The service I received was outstanding. I have bought many cars in my 41 years of life but this was by far the most en but wound up buying a FX 35. The service I received was outstanding. Floyd and his manager, ( I think his name is Swan) were super friendly and they let me negotiate most of the issues over the phone. They did not do that typical car trick that you need to come in person for us to talk. Then when I came in the next day everything I had negotiated was exactly what we had agreed upon. No bait and switch. I would highly recommend this dealer and salesperson. More

We were greeted by both Floyd Summers and Brian Addy, both of whom were very patient and receptive to our wants and needs. Floyd spent a great deal of time patiently driving out literally 6 to 7 different cars with a smile on his face in the blistering 100 degree heat. He never once tried to force us or pressure us into purchasing any of the cars at any point, even after we found the car that we liked. He was honest to the bone in terms of answering our questions and sought assistance when he didn't know the answers. We are generally sick and tired of car salesmen than B.S. in order to make a sale for the day. We ended up getting a great deal and my wife and I were extremely impressed with this dealership and the ease of pressure-free buying, We highly recommend Infiniti of Tysons as well as Floyd Summers and Brian Addy to everyone purchasing an infiniti.
