I purchased my Infiniti G37xS and Ali was my sales associate. He was absolutely amazing and above all was very knowledgable. He was very understanding of my needs and budget. I had gone to the Chantilly Infiniti hours before which was a bad experience, they were very unhelpful and gave me very misleading information. I had given up on purchasing a car from Infiniti but when I found out that there was an Infiniti at Tyson's, I decided to give Infiniti one more shot. I'm glad I did because when I left the Tyson's dealership, my dream car was set up to be delivered the next day. And as promised, my car arrived just on time! If it hadn't been for Ali and his patience with me, I wouldn't be driving my dream car. I have purchased 3 cars from another make previously and never have had the level of customer service that Ali provided. I am extremely satisfied and I will be sure to recommend family and friends to see Ali! More

Ali, Kevin, and Alicia are all amazing. Once we got to the dealer, we were introduced to Ali who spent hours with us on everything from configuring our stroller to fit in the trunk with the 3rd row seat up to showing us how all of the features were designed with family convenience in mind. He stayed with us until after closing answering all of our questions and was never pushy. I decided to sleep on it for a few days and check out some other cars/dealerships. After realizing I was never going to find the same professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge anywhere else, I came back to Ali and ended up taking home a 2014 QX60!!
