After having a great experience leasing a new car from here, we were happy to bring our business back when our lease was up. You’d think Covid would have made the purchasing process more difficult, but they made the process seamless for us. They were very sensitive to our request for least amount of contact possible, given we have a high-risk family member. We had a contactless test drive and did all the paperwork online with a team member walking us through it. Chuck was so knowledgeable, friendly and provided wonderful customer service. He even personally delivered our purchased QX80 to us and picked up our leased vehicle. We are very thankful for a wonderful, safe buying experience with Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly.
