Once I received policy in mail , I find out it has a hundred dollar co-pay per visit.Car was kept for a week for rattle. not figured out.I do not even feel safe bring my car to you.Hope this explains WHY. Sean Joens was an outstanding Sales Associate to work with in finding the vehicle that I wanted. He never seemed to rush you and he was always willing to listen if you had any questions. I recently took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for routine maintenance at Sheehy Ford Lincoln Richmond. I can't express how amazed I was with their awesome service. Jessica then later came into the waiting room to give me an update on my vehicle letting me know everything was great on my vehicle and I should be all wrapped up shortly. I had an excellent experience in buying my wife our new Edge. My salesman was Matt Miller. He really went out of his way to find the exact color with all the options that my wife and I were looking for. Edge. My salesman was Matt Miller. Before I even arrived at the dealership, Matt had already emailed my a few different window stickers and ideas on pricing for my wife and I to look over. We showed up on Sunday to find the Edge that matched our choices being cleaned up and ready for us to test drive. We were allowed a family test run without any one with us to give a sales pitch the whole time we were driving. It made it very easy for my wife and I to hash out all of our likes and dislikes (very few!) without being interrupted. After coming back to the dealership we were able to quickly fill out our paperwork and then were put in touch with Michelle (finance manager). That was a different experience all together. What a funny and crazy lady she is! Not sure we have ever laughed as much while buying a car. They were both very good people to work with. I would absolutely recommend either of them to everyone! Thanks for making mamma happy so the rest of us can be happy! More
