Peter sold us our 2011 Ford Explorer new. After some time there were some mechanical issues. While the service department was handling the issues, Peter noticed me sitting in the waiting area. He worked with the service department and got me a rental car. The Explorer was kept for over a week. Peter's genuine concern for my time and his ability to help was great! My experience was a good one, I actually went to the dealership just to look because I knew my car would not pass inspection. I told Peter I would like to look at the new fusion's but they didn't have t dealership just to look because I knew my car would not pass inspection. I told Peter I would like to look at the new fusion's but they didn't have the color I wanted. Went home got a call later that night saying that they had found one up state. The next day I went back there ( he had called but already left) to look at it. He said it had already been sold. We went back where the new one's were to find another one, on the way I saw a new Taurus the color I liked so we test drove it. The rest is history, I bought it. Not knowing anything how many grades of Taurus's there are, if I had it to do over, I would have liked to see the limited edition because they had the premium sound and the 19 inch wheels. I'm happy with mine but I would have liked those options. Bruce. More

We live in No Virginia and wanted a 2014 Mustang conv. with specific features and color. It appears none of the dealers up here were interested in locating the vehicle my wife wanted as a 50 year anniver with specific features and color. It appears none of the dealers up here were interested in locating the vehicle my wife wanted as a 50 year anniversary replacement for the new 1964 she purchased in GA. The story was that there was no vehicle like we wanted on the East Coast. We would just have to order one. Our daughter, who lives not far from the Midlothian location, stopped by the Richmond Ford dealership as a favor to us and explained to Peter what we wanted. He and his sales manager ran the vehicle down in NC, we handled the deal over the phone, and they delivered the exact car my wife wanted within a week. We had developed a dislike to dealing for automibles over the years but these guys have changed all that. Like they say on the PGA advertisement, "These guys are good!!" Thanks Peter More
