Sheehan had my 2020 explorer van for (5) days without providing a loaner… The only thing that they could tell me was that parts which were ordered are not in yet and that the necessary parts for the add providing a loaner… The only thing that they could tell me was that parts which were ordered are not in yet and that the necessary parts for the additional repairs could now be ordered…I’m really regretting purchasing the extended warranty as getting ANYTHING done on this van seems impossible… It’s all because of COVID-19… 🤔 More
