It took 3 trips for the problem to be resolved and I can’t say with all confidence that the problem was even solved. I guess I’ll find out soon enough. The service advisor was a polite young man but he needs more training so he can answer questions on rebates, prices, and coupons. I watched the older advisors come in the lounge and impart knowledge where more training so he can answer questions on rebates, prices, and coupons. I watched the older advisors come in the lounge and impart knowledge where my guy really just only had politeness in his tool kit. He has the basics now done needs to coach him up. Point #2. A older middle age man in the waiting room brought his 16 month old pit bull mix into the lounge. He did not have control of the animal that escaped from him and charged my chair and subsequently nipped 3 dealership employees drawing a bit of blood. They were all gracious about it but they should have asked him to leave. I tried to get the attention of the guy with the Statue of Mary in his office but he played deaf and just ignored me. I was quite disappointed by this dealership interaction. You need to do better! More

Lou really took care of me. I asked him to replace my windshield wipers. He had no problem getting that done for me. He also noticed one of my tires had some wear and tear. Reco I asked him to replace my windshield wipers. He had no problem getting that done for me. He also noticed one of my tires had some wear and tear. Recommended what size they had available and got that installed. Able to get my vehicle back the same day. Great job everyone. Also cudos to Dave your driver. He was pleasant and I felt safe with his driving. More
