Contacted Tim Ott over internet regarding an internet special on Ram 2500. Made an appointment, met with Tim, took a test drive, walked the lot for used alternatives, took another test drive, came back, special on Ram 2500. He was quite knowledgable regarding the truck, yet would admit when he didn't know the answer to a question and would look up the correct information either through the owner's manual or Ram's online resources. Went to dealership this morning to followup on a internet advertised car. Trevor approached and was very helpful, and worked with us through looking at the car I came to see, and others.
