Bought a 2012 Challenger SRT8. The deal was fast and easy, easier than any other car purchase I have ever been involved with. I took my car back to the dealer to have the stripes replaced with a strip easy, easier than any other car purchase I have ever been involved with. I took my car back to the dealer to have the stripes replaced with a stripe kit I purchased as part of the vehicle purchase agreement. The guy they hired to installed stripes dented and scratched the entire top of the car. I was pretty mad at the condition of my car at which point John McCann, sales manager, stepped in to handle the problem. Even though I was mad and acting pretty unreasonable, John offered to do what ever it took to make the situation right so I was happy. John replaced the car with a new one with the exact same option and installed some after market parts at no charge to make the situation right. I greatly appreciate John McCann's professionalism even though, at first, I was being unreasonable. This is the first Dodge I have owned and I love the car. I would highly recommend Shaver Dodge to anyone who asks. Thank you John for rectifying an unfortunate situation. More

Tim Ott - Internet Sales Manager was outstanding, he took the time to really work with us during the purchase. And the dreaded fear of the Finance guy trying to sell you stuff you don't want or need was non-existent- in fact when Lorenzo asked me if I wanted an extended warranty I said first NO and he said ok- then I asked a little more about the cost, etc.- what I got for his not being pushy and helpful was an extended warrenty with a reduced interest rate on the entire sale. We initially worked with Houtan who is fairly new to selling. He was easy to work with and didn't pressure. He brought in Trevor to show us what was possible. We had very aggressive terms to our curiosity and Trevor was able to make what we were sure was impossible possible. We also had a VERY tight timeline Christmas Eve as we are both musicians. Trevor made the deal and Lorenzo got us out of there the fastest I have ever seen!
