From the very start I had no interest in buying a car. That was until I received a call from Ms. Marie who explained to me the interest rates Toyota was currently offering on new Toyotas. These guys were great. They were good in all aspects but i suppose the most impressive thing was how they handled my wife and I. These three guys were all unbelievable. First John bent over backwards finding the right car for me., Then Brian the sales manager worked with us to get an affordable price. My experience with this dealership was a little crazy. I came into the dealership with my dad to look at the new camrys. Well, we sat down with Brian to make a deal and just couldnt get the right price for came into the dealership with my dad to look at the new camrys. Ten minutes after leaving the dealership Brian calls us back in to speak to Mark. After sitting with Mark for 2 hours we came down to a deal and I got my dream car. Brad was a lot of help after buying the car, showing me what every button control does. He followed up with me after the first 3 days and then after a week and today also. I am really satisfied. Perfect! From the very beginning Imron had to be extremely patient with me as I couldnt decide what vehicle I wanted and I ultimately ended up changing my mind 3 times. Lets be honest, I typically hate car salesman, car dealerships and the car buying process in general. But this is the one time where I truly didn't have any complaints. The people I dealt with here dealerships and the car buying process in general. But this is the one time where I truly didn't have any complaints. The people I dealt with here were unbelievably straight forward. They answered every question I could think of and treated me like a real person, not just a customer. I still hate buying cars but I may have to make an exception if I am dealing with these two individuals. More
