This dealership uses shady & dishonest sales tactics. We were ready to buy a car from them but first we wanted an itemized, upfront list of charges of what it would cost in total with taxes and fees. We had to request it a few times from a couple of different salesman and the manager, via phone and email. For a while, it felt like they were dodging us to avoid giving us pricing either in writing or over the phone. But with enough pestering, a salesman (Angel) finally called us back. Angel's price was much higher than we expected. When buying a vehicle, other than the taxes, the only thing I expect to pay are registration, doc, and title fees. In fact, if I attempt to check out from the dealer online, those are the only listed fees, but when we asked Angel why we were getting a higher estimate, it was due to a $2600 fee for Xzilon appearance protection that we did not ask for and do not want. Angel told us the Xzilon fee was absolutely required and that we would not be allowed to opt out or remove it. It is ridiculous that this would be a requirement for purchasing one of their vehicles. To me, it feels like a bait and switch - it allows them to advertise lower prices on the internet, but then when you show up to buy a car, they throw in "mandatory" fees for junk you don't want so they can still make 2K+ in profit. We told Angel we would no longer be interested and we are definitely not going back to buy anything from this dealership. Would NOT recommend, the whole thing felt scummy to me & like the dealership was just hoping we would be dumb enough to pay it. More

Just visited the dealership and worst ever sales experience received with this dealership. Just because they have the vehicle available doesn’t mean you will ask above the MSRP. If you're a fan of the ole' bait and switch this is your place. All employees lack any sense of integrity or honesty. horrible experience. Very bad service. We went to purchase vehicle ask salesperson on the phone the availability of the car , went there, test drive it, liked it give them our information for paper work were waiting in h salesperson on the phone the availability of the car , went there, test drive it, liked it give them our information for paper work were waiting in his office for paperwork to be completed our salesperson came inside and told us they have sold the car to someone else. My husband got upset and argues with them why they call us from 45miles away , if the Car was already sold or someone was interested y they give us car to test drive ? at that moment all of their salesperson started shouted at us and told us to leave the premises and do not come here next time. One of the guy curse us and told us that he is a big guy will throw us out. By the way they sold the car to one of the employees family. It was a set up. Never recommend any one to go that place. Waste of time and rude behavior all of the employees , they curse and use foul language even my husband told them that he has a family with him but still one of the man show us finger and said us kiss my xxx .. and showing us his ....words cannot describe the humiliation . All of them including manager came out after us like a gang and chanting and screaming at us ... never saw this kind of behavior... scammers More

Awful customer service. I purchased my vehicle here, was happy with that process but their Service Department is terrible.
