We bought a brand new van from you and it’s been a lemon and you don’t take responsibility for it. There’s a serious battery drain. You’ve replaced many times but even running it every week it still drains and you don’t take responsibility for it. There’s a serious battery drain. Your own people told us there’s an electrical problem draining it but you deny it now and don’t fix. Not impressed. I’ve bought ALL our Hondas from you (a fleet) over the yrs but you don’t respond in a way that solves the problem your own people once said was an electrical drain not related to it sitting unused. We e had staff run it every week multiple times so it’s not from sitting there. I’ve recommended you to others who have bought from you. That ends now. I need this van fixed. We bought it new and always a problem. More
