Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I’d recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat! More

I usually have excellent service at the dealership. This time, I asked about replacing my seatbelt retractor because it’s not working. He had the mechanic look at it and confirmed that was an issue. A This time, I asked about replacing my seatbelt retractor because it’s not working. He had the mechanic look at it and confirmed that was an issue. A quote was over $400 to replace. I later realized that Honda has a warranty on their seatbelts for 15 years or 150,000 miles. I’m disappointed this information was not relayed to me and I had to call today to ask about it. I don’t like that it almost cost me over $400 and it should be free. It makes me lose confidence in future service here. More
