Primarily based on their staff, in my case, the service rep Cam, I rate Serra Honda as superior compared to other dealers. Serra Honda is friendly, responsive to customers concerns,, do an excellent job at repairs, hire competent staff. I actually drive further to get my car & my family’s cars serviced there than the dealer that is much closer to where I live. So way to go Serra.
