I had my 105k service done. Had my oil changed and wiper blades replaced the week before. Same guy same dealership same appointment time. I had already scheduled with him I needed a ride home and back. It was gonna take 8 hours. I had my car there by 8:25. He asks me if I need a ride. I'm like we already scheduled that. He said oh yeah. He says the shuttle will be along shortly. 50 minutes later I ask him about the shuttle. He said it should be here in 15. Then I end up riding around the state of Michigan with 3 other people and it took 55 minutes to get me home. Then I get my bill and I was charged again for oil and blades. I said we did that last week. He said oh yeah, my bad, good catch. Only got like $95 credit back. Even though the same service the week before cost $121. Think I was still charged for the labor. So just overall bad communication and attention to details. I don't mind waiting if I knew how long or even an idea. I could have had an uber pick me up. I'm straight up 44th st. Usually Cale is on point but missed big time on this go around. I get my Pilot serviced there exclusively More
