Great Service! I had a great experience at the Rivertown Honda. I called another Honda dealership in the area regarding my car's recall and they were not helpful. I I had a great experience at the Rivertown Honda. I called another Honda dealership in the area regarding my car's recall and they were not helpful. I then called the Rivertown Honda, even though it was farther away from my home, and they gave me all the details, great service and did not make me feel like I was a hassle to them. When I got there, I brought a lot of work and was able to work in one of their cubicles in the waiting area. What a nice area! I was so happy to have my own space to work, and not feel like I was bothering anyone else in the waiting area. There were a lot of people waiting, but I felt like we all had our own space and were not crowded while waiting. They were also very fast! I was told it would take about 2 hours to fix my car, but an hour and 15 minutes later, I was out the door. Great service and friendly staff! More
