Incompetent service department. They never detailed the inside of my car. I was told they could get the white residue off the seats. I detailed the car myself and bought seat covers. I brought it back shortly after purchase because the hood shaking. I was told it was within spec, and the rep was on the defensive and slightly rude about it. I recently brought it in for the 120,000 mile service. I also needed a new heat shield and drivers side underlayment. They had it for 8 hours and couldnt get it done. I had to bring it back the following morning for the shield and underlayment. They ordered the wrong side underlayment. Now I have to go back a 3rd time for what should have taken a day, if they had their s**t together. I asked about a discount and was told He could take 10% off tha last portion of my bill... about $25. Im $2000 in already. I will never buy another Honda after this!!! More
