That said, the practice of adding non-essential add-ons to vehicles (Cilajet ceramic coating and Ikon tracking devices) and forcing customers to negotiate them off is unacceptable. It waste the buyer's time, undermines trust, and turns what should be a straightforward purchase into an adversarial back-and-forth. A dealership with this much inventory, a sales team this competent, and a product this strong has no excuse for relying on these tactics. The cars and the people sell themselves-the games only cheapen both. More
