Rick help was exceptional in helping me transfer a 10-2CD Northern Lite camper from the 2005 F350 diesel to a 2017 F350 with 6.2L gas. He also knew exactly what was needed for the frame tie downs,, I could not reuse the old tie downs, as these where not designed for the new F350 aluminum box. Was over 300 miles from home and was very pleased to find that Seekins Ford had this F350 4x4 SRW available. It had the necessary cold weather package, tow package with under side protection that I consider as minimum to travel on Alaskan roads. Gary More

Great service overall, just a suggestion I recently took my Explorer in for the 35K service. I have always received great service at Seekins and this was no exception; however, part of the 35 I recently took my Explorer in for the 35K service. I have always received great service at Seekins and this was no exception; however, part of the 35K service was to have the tires rotated. When I got the car and paperwork back, I noticed that there was no indication that the tires had been rotated as part of the service. I was told by the attendant that if the tires seem to be wearing evenly, they are not rotated. I was told that I could pull the car back in and have it done if I wanted, but at that time I had been there for a couple hours and could not wait. My only suggestion is to ensure that all listed services for mileage milestones be performed, and if the technicians don't believe a service is warranted, please discuss that with the vehicle owner and let them decide. All listed services are included in the cost, and it should be at the owner's discretion to determine whether anything can be left undone. More

Excellent Service We had an excellent service experience at Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, AK. If we lived in Fairbanks they would be our dealer for life. My wife and I are fulltime RVs traveling the country. About 100 miles out of Fairbanks the transmission on our 2016 Class C RV failed and would not shift into overdrive. We were stranded on the outskirts of civilization. They got us in the next morning. The service was excellent and they had the equipment to lift and service our rig. They pulled the transmission and towed us to a safe nearby cul-de-sac so we could live in the RV while they ordered the parts and rebuilt the transmission. They filled us with water, gave us a loaner vehicle, checked on us throughout the process. It took a while for the entire process, but we are extremely satisfied. Best auto repair warranty experience ever for us and night and day compared to the dealer where we bought the coach. Josh Greier was excellent. Ralph, Gregory, Bob and Chris thank you. The Service Techs we do not know by name, but thank you as well. Ralph Seekins and Margaret Russell you run a first class dealership and your service team is excellent. Ralph we even saw you donating your time to drive the tractor at the Tanana Valley Fair Alaska Rodeo. Looks like you are giving back to the community. I have brought my Ford Explorer to Seekins be repaired for a howl in the rear end. Seekins Ford does not have the skill or willingness to fix the garbage they sell. I am going to do some advertising for Ralph Seekins. Ralph I hope I am in town when the time comes that another ford dealership comes to town and cuts your business dramatically; you have the worst reputation that I have ever seen for being in such a small town.
