Prompt, accurate, comprehensive service. Marco estimated the time it would take to service down to the minute. Total time to service my car was an hour - fastest I’ve experienced. When in for a LOF, Marco (at desk) did not give me the routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was on. I asked Marco to print the inspection report, and the tech wrote on the reportthat my brake pads were at 4mm. When I questioned it because I had just had my brake pads replaced less than a year ago at another dealership, Marco had a tech remeasure and said the pads were at 9mm. Hmmmm. More

My experience with this dealership has probably been the worst ever. I have purchased many cars from dealerships and by far this was the worst experience. He is very professional and he showed me around a little bit before I made my decision. He was always on top of everything (documents needed, personal info, insurance, preferences, options, etc).
