We were forced to buy a car on 2/28/11 because our son had totaled the one we were using. After being assured that our son was fine, Matt proceeded to 'service' our need. With his upbeat personality we were quickly more positive and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Matt offered us refreshments in a way that we just couldnt refuse. The staff in general were pleasant and acknowledged us as they went about the duties. Matt was able to offer us an acceptable discount on the price of the car for which we were very grateful. Brian, the financial manager was very professional and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. Our overall experience with Wigder was so positive that our teenage son who was with us inquired at the possibility of employment with them. I would recommend Wigder without hesitation. First off I have to say that my experience at Wigder Chevrolet was probably one of the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. Meeting Giancarlo after speaking with him on the phone a couple of times was g Chevrolet was probably one of the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. Meeting Giancarlo after speaking with him on the phone a couple of times was great. He was very friendly. Not your typical everyday car salesman. I felt very comfortable right from the start. Test driving the SUV’s was also a fun experience for both of us. He was not pushy at any time and there was no pressure what so ever. Once I decided on a vehicle we then took the action over to Jay who was also was very nice and friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. Between both Jay and Giancarlo I was able to make a good choice on a vehicle and I have to say for the first time I actually trusted “the car salesman”!! LOL I asked them to please get me into a payment which I was able to afford and they were able to do that without trying to make little extra here and there. Jay gave me the rock bottom price which worked for me. What I asked for I pretty much got with no hassles at all from the guys although I wish I could say the same for my wife :-) Once we decided on a price I was then introduced to Brian the “finance genius”. He was also very pleasant and friendly and was able give me more for the money. Once I sat down with Brian he worked his magic and without a blink was able to get me twice the amount of coverage in warranty’s than I was expecting while also saving me some money in other areas of the final deal which I really appreciated as well very much so. Thanks Brian. Between these three awesome guys I walked out of there with a smile larger than life, heart pounding waiting to jump into this very fast, clean, well maintained SUV and cruise down the highway in a BAD @SS Trailblazer SS. I feel like a kid again…....GREAT JOB GUYS!!! I love this SUVETTE!!! Wigder has a customer for life. I recommend this shop to everyone. You will not be disappointed. More

It was the end of a very frustrating week of internet car shopping for our college age son. Knowing that WIGDER Chevrolet has been a landmark dealership for many, many years we decided to walk in and see wh shopping for our college age son. We had tons of questions which needed to be answered by a real person. It was 2 hours from closing time. We did not expect for anyone to greet us with much enthusiasm. Immediately we were greeted by DANTE MORRISON who wasted no time in figuring out what we needed and could afford. All our questions were answered. By closing time we had purchased the perfect car in our price range. The entire process could not have been easier or more stressfree. We were happy to meet with Mr. Widger (Jr) who was exceptionally nice and informative about our options. Again there was absolutely no pressure to spend more than we could afford. first off, i made the trip to their dealership from brooklyn,ny after reading positive reviews from google...when i inquired about their 2008 chevy tahoe LTZ, ed goldstein called me back the next morni brooklyn,ny after reading positive reviews from google...when i inquired about their 2008 chevy tahoe LTZ, ed goldstein called me back the next morning to schedule an appt and test drive....when i arrived at the dealership, ed introduced me to harold who immediately warmed up to me and asked me to take the tahoe for a spin...i fell in love with the truck....he was very open,honest and gave me a wealth of info about the truck including detailed service records and truck features....he gave me a quote for my vehicle and drew up the invoice for the vehicle...i was unfort running short on time and had to leave for work so i left a $500 deposit and assured i will return with a decision.. when i arrived at the dealership 2 days later, i decided not to purchase the truck unfort. because i didnt want to sell my vehicle after much deliberation, harold understood my needs and promptly returned my deposit with no problems...most dealerships would keep the deposit as an insurance for loss of sales but not widger chevrolet...this has been the most pleasurable experience for me as a customer and when i decide to purchase a tahoe in the future, harold cardona and the staff of widger chevy will always be my first choice. thats why they are rated number one in dealer rater. For people who do or do not live in the nj area, i highly recommend you make the trip to widger chevy if interested in purchasing a chevy...you will not be disappointed!!!! More
