Poor service! Ever since the dealership grew and subsumed other dealerships, the service has greatly declined. I dropped my truck off here Saturday after it was experiencing transmission problems and was told that there are no loaner cars available until "sometime in July." As of this morning, my truck was not looked at and there were still no available loaners. I called Ott Miller in West Caldwell and they indicated that they would be happy to help. I picked my vehicle up this morning from Schumacher, took my truck to Ott Miller, and was pleased to see they had three loaners available by this afternoon. I was given service here that far exceeded the "quality" provided by Schumacher. I am looking forward to working with Ott Miller for repairs on my truck and will purchase any future vehicles here instead. More

The dealership had no hidden fees and s stayed with the online price, not like another dealer who told us that an online price was different from an in-store price. the 2 gentlemen we dealt with in Finance were experts who gave my son excellent options and honest answers. This was the third Chevy dealership that I walked into before I was t I cannot say enough kind and wonderful things about Schumacher of Little Falls. This was the third Chevy dealership that I walked into before I was taken seriously. The minute I walked into the dealer Rita instantly put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to find us a crew cab Silverado within our requirements. I had been previously attempting to work with Schumacher in Livingston and Paul Miller Chevy in West Caldwell. No one there would even attempt to find us a truck even though we had a great trade and down payment. I was mind blown that no one wanted to even attempt at making a sale. A family member recommended we visit the Little Falls location and I am upset with myself that we had not come sooner! Rita instantly found us a truck that was newer and below our budget! I am honestly forever grateful for the dedication and customer service that Rita provided to our family. When our truck came in it was perfect and so much more than we had ever dreamed of. Horrible Went in looking at the silverados. Leo was assigned to help and showed me a truck i was interested in. The truck was nice. Also had a trade in. They Went in looking at the silverados. They completely low balled me on trade in and came up with every excuse yet was offered more at every other dealer after i left. The truck payments were w joke. Telling me 700 a month on a 41,000 loan yet i have great credit. Then asked how much they took off the truck and was only just rebates nothing else. told him i seen truck cheaper online and thats when he got an attitude flipped the computer around and demand I show him where i seen it. I bought plentyvof vehicles both luxury and commuter from plenty of dealerships and was never treated like this. The salesman thought i knew nothing and treated me like that More
