There will be sales he does not get. But if he works with people they way he did with me. It’s not his fault. I think you have a great employee. And he seems really intelligent. I’m proud saying too much. But the little I spoke with him I think he has the skills and personality to do a great job. He’s smart and doesn’t have car sales experience. But you have to teach him. I don’t know how you work. But I hope you encourage him to learn about everything about the business. He told me had only been there 6 months. But he was so natural and pleasant I would have never known. I know the job can be difficult especially when you first start. But I think he’s a natural. And he understand why he’s doing something for a client. He gets it! More
