I want to make sure that you all know how grateful I am for your help in problem solving the many issues on my van. I want to thank Jeff Geurin and Bill for figuring out the timing belt change and dealing with the difficult bolt that caused problems. After the major work was completed, I noticed a noise that I was concerned about and brought it in again several times to have it looked at. During my many visits Jeff always listened to what I had to say and was even so kind to jump right in to carry my heavy bike rack and put it in the rental car for me. I was so glad that they really listened to me and even had Terry the head mechanic come look at the van several times and take it for test drives. It reassured me that they did not think I was crazy and just hearing or making things up. I was relieved when Terry could hear the noise I was referring to. After they continued to look into the problem and never gave up, they finally found the root cause and took care of it. I am so thankful for all the professionals who helped me with my Honda Odyssey and the time they dedicated to taking care of my van. He presented a fine appearance, was very personable, and we began my operation to buy a New Accord. He had a very comprehensive knowledge of the Honda Accord and all the other Honda products. We discussed all the upgrades and he was very solicitous and concerned about my purchase. We went on a test drive. He answered all my questions and demonstrated the driving mechanisms of the car. The next day, I returned for a drive in the Accord EX S and met with Jin Pak, who was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and discussed altitude and car performance after Jose had done that first, the day before. On Day 3, I decided to buy the car and my wife, Julie and I met with Jose. He was superb in that long encounter. He answered Julie's questions expertly. We did another test drive. We bough the car. Our daughter was in lock down because of a possible shooting at Rose Hospital during our discussion and he called us on Saturday afternoon to see how things had worked out for us. I made an appointment with him and was there on time. However, he was unavailable. I imagine he was with another customer. I waited over 20 minutes for somebody to help me. I had been in the previous week, test drove the car, fell in love with it, but wanted to think about it to be sure that was what I wanted. So when I went in the second time I was ready to buy the car. I did drive my new car home and have been very happy with it but I question why I was told to make an appointment only to find out it didin't seem to make a difference than if I had just walked in. Due to time constraints I went back to the dealership a couple day later to have a Product Specialist explain all the bells and whistles of the car. Hannah was the young lady that helped me and she was very thorough and patient. Answered all my questions completely. More
