I was led to believe that given this is a certified honda dealer, the ticketed price on a new car was the lowest price I can get. I discovered this is absolutely untrue and that other buyers got much better More

Hello, my name is Clement Willer. I leased a car from you on 12/8/2011. On December 7, 2011 I called to get information about your lease program and what it entails. I sorry I don't remember who I talked to. The gentleman took my name and information and said he would call me back. He called me back a few minutes later and told me I was approved and when could i come in. I told him that I would be by the next morning at 9 am. I also express interest in the cars that you were leasing for $176. He told me he would take care of everything. When I arrived the next morning, I asked for the salesperson and was told to wait a few minutes. When he finished up with another customer, he began to work with me. Did some paper work and he brought a car around for me to test drive. He never did offer a choice of cars for me. I did like the car and presumed this was with in the price range we talked about over the phone. He took my information again and he went to the center desk and told me that they have to run my credit. My question is, if I was approved the night before, why did they need to run the credit again? I was eventually approved and went to see Brenda. We filled out the paper work and she offered me different packages. She never told me what my price would be if I didn't select any packages. I took the cheapest one, which had oil changes. She never did tell me how many changes I would get with this package. I just presumed I would get oil changes for the life of the lease. A few later, I received the package and was very surprised that I only got 5 changes for my money. When i did the math it came out to $75 an oil change. Your shop charges less that half that price. If I had know how much it would have costed, I never would have signed up for it. So I decided to cancel the maintenance plan, since it was more cheaper for me to get oil changes the direct route, with out the middle man. When I arrived, I dont know who I saw but I was tried be talked into keeping the package. He was telling me it was a good deal. I tried to point out to him that it is cheaper to get the oil changes cheaper in your shop directly without a third party. When asked if this would change my monthly rate, he told me no. I would see a bill credit at the end of the lease. I told him I didn't think that was right and that I shouldn't have to keep paying for something that I not going to use and wait three years for my money back. He told that this is the wa they do things and I would get my money back eventually. Seeing that I wasn't getting anywhere, I left. I did write you a e-mail message and left a couple of phone messages but never got a answer back. I did get my February bill statement and it showed that the cancelled package price was added to my security deposit. I called Honda to ask why, and they told me this is what they do. I told them I didn't think it was right that I have to keep paying for a package I am never going to use. Seeing I didn't get any where I ended the conversation. I not a rich person. I just don't think that I should have to keep paying for something I am never going to use and that I have canceled. Its morally not right. Clement Willer cwiller1029@gmail.com

Although myself and dealership didn't see eye to eye on certain parts of my purchase, Craig did work with me to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. I thank Craig for taking the time out of schedule to work through reasonable solutions on concerns I did have.
