What started as a great experience turned terrible real fast. Bought a vehicle from them and it was supposed to have LoJack installed (part of a $2000 option) and after requesting the code to activate it f fast. Took 2hrs at the dealer for them to “plug some cords in that probably came lose” (so I was told, I don’t think it was ever installed). Then there is the issues with the rear brakes…from the day I pulled off the lot the brakes squeaked and squealed. Notified the dealer and was told they would check it the day they fixed the LoJack. The service guy told me that they got the ok from the big bosses to replace the brakes if they needed it bc they wanted to “make it right” they tried telling me that the rotors and pads were fine and they just “cleaned them up” and they had a little glaze on them it should fix the issues. Well it didn’t, back to the dealer again and after another 2hrs I was told this time it was forsure fixed, that they resurfaced the rotors and took the glaze off again…(I’m sensing a trend with the glaze bs). After this the brakes STILL squeak and squeal, and grind… after contacting them yet again about this issue asking to speak with anyone in charge I was told someone would be contacting me and no one has…I warn anyone about dealing with this dealership, even after being told they got the ok to replace the brakes on my very first trip they have refused to do anything about it… More
I bought their "KEY PROTECTION PROGRAM. " I was told that I would be able to take my car ANYWHERE to get a new key AT NO COST. I even had a few issues with the car that the dealer fixed even though I had no warranty. More
