When I asked to visit to see the car I wanted to purchase I was told by the internet sales it was mixed with another and was actually at a body shop having damage repaired…When asked how long it would take I I was told by the internet sales it was mixed with another and was actually at a body shop having damage repaired…When asked how long it would take I was told that it could be weeks or Months? first Story was car was damaged by branches and needed to be sprayed….a week or so later the story was possibly the garage door fell on the car….I asked to be told when the car returnes to dealership …. Next thing I’m told the car has been painted and should be back in a few days…..told him as soon as the car is available I want to take the to my mechanic to be inspected…..last communication was the car was sold that day……A bait and switch ??? I do not know but I will never do business with them More

been using this dealer for since moving here about four years ago. this time had an appointment that i made on a monday for the next thursday morning but car didnt start so made a new one for friday mornin years ago. this time had an appointment that i made on a monday for the next thursday morning but car didnt start so made a new one for friday morning and had the car towed there thursday afternoon before two pm. that afternoon i was given a plan to repair my car. never heard from them so finally called them monday only to hear frank tell me he was still trying to find time to get the car repaired. almost a week with my car, had a scheduled repair time already. no respect for my time or loyalty. never again i will travel as far as i have to but will not be disrespected by this dealer (frank) again joseph e willoughby More
