It was an effortless experience which normally shopping for and purchasing a new car can be timely and filled w and her family's dream car come true. I went there for a regular oil change and some maintenance. After the service was completed, they took much longer than expected just to prepare the billing, and they explained it was due to low m maintenance. We walked into Sarant not thinking that we would purchase that same day but we did! And that was solely based on the fact that Eli gave us the best experience. We had a strict budget to stay within but also that same day but we did! And that was solely based on the fact that Eli gave us the best experience. We had a strict budget to stay within but also fell in love with the Lyric Sport in the color Nimbus. Eli did everything he could to make this possible for us. He even surprise my 2 little daughters (5 and 2 years old) with a beautiful big red bow on our new car and even popped some sparking cider for us to celebrate! He is genuine and you see that from the moment you interact with him. He makes you laugh and treats you like family. We are so grateful to Eli for his work ethic and professionalism.
