From the moment we met him, he made us feel at ease while still staying focused on the main goal - getting us into a great car at a price we could afford. He was helpful, informative, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. Other members of the team were just as incredible. Karla was awesome, and Vic, the finance manager, went above and beyond. He didn't just show us the payment - he made sure we fully understood the fine print, every detail, and every option. It felt like a "Mom and Pop" shop in the best way possible: warm, personal, and trustworthy, while still delivering everything we were looking for and more. One moment that truly touched us was when we agreed on the sale - Tom gifted my fiancée and me a set of Bibles.
