My car has been seen for the same issue 3 times and it has not been fixed. My service advisor Lexi said she would call me the next day when my part arrived to get my car scheduled. I waited over a week an has not been fixed. My service advisor Lexi said she would call me the next day when my part arrived to get my car scheduled. I waited over a week and never received a phone call to schedule, so I had to call myself and ask if the part was there, which it was for over a week. They never follow through and never fix the problem. More
