We called from the road once we got the car started in Socorro at a local shop, and were able to get an appointment that afternoon. Once we arrived, Ray was incredibly patient and discerning as he listened to our saga. They assigned the car to their ace hybrid mechanic who diagnosed the problem, kept the car overnight to make sure they had the diagnosis correct, had their service foreman drive the car around ABQ for 75(!) minutes the next morning, called to say it was ready and ended up charging us under $200 for all their efforts. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and patient. These guys rock! Wish we lived nearby so they could be our go-to mechanics. More
