We had a recall maintence scheduled for august for my promaster, you said you needed the bigger lift so we rescheduled for 9/7. We dropped the van off on the 7th and then your team called us hours later promaster, you said you needed the bigger lift so we rescheduled for 9/7. We dropped the van off on the 7th and then your team called us hours later that you were not able to fix the issue because the lift again was not available. We’ve now lost two days of work because of your lifts not being available and your team needs to do a better job of scheduling. More
