St. Jay Subaru New car Purchase Experience Had an excellent price through the Costco Program. The business transaction was friendly,professional and modern with a computerized document board (very cool). When we drove away, a few miles down the road the tire light went on. The tires looked ok , but I didn't have a guage. When I got home and checked ,the tires were inflated to 50 psi each. I called Chris who said that was not normal and instructed me to lower it to 35 in these cold temps. I then realized the antenna was not screwed into the mount. I called Chris and he instructed me to look by the spare tire and it was there. 2 weeks later we realized the manual in the Glove Box is for the wrx/wrx sti instead of the Forester I called and told the receptionist and she said Chis would get back to me. I haven't heard anything and I haven't called back yet. I would however like to get a manual for the Forester. Overall teh experience was great and these few small issues has not been a big deal, although the tire thing is a little scary. More

Thanks!! St J Subaru was great to work with. I was reviewing several choices in the crossover SUV line, and finally settled on the Outback. It was really con St J Subaru was great to work with. It was really convenient to coorespond with John Martin on general questions and finalize pricing over email. Then when I met up with Chris Matte the rubber hit the road and the experience was great !! He took me through back roads as well as highways which was really important for me as a North Country driver. Thanks to everyone !! More

We were invited to the Dealership to try out a vehicle. I let John Martin know when we would make a trip to St. J Subaru. We arrived just after noon and a few hours later we were on our way home with our new Impreza Hatchback. Our Salesman "James Edwards" was courteous and knowledgeable and it helped make our buying experience a pleasant one. Kudos to Pete, you Sir should be a salesman! lol More
