Easy Peasy! I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with St. J Subaru. This is the second car I've purchased there and I can safely say that it I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with St. J Subaru. This is the second car I've purchased there and I can safely say that it won't be my last! When I began this process via email, I told them the kind of car I wanted, down to the color and features and said I that didn't want any phone calls. Their team has been very, very respectful of this request. This entire deal was negotiated via email and both Kurtis and John were extremely responsive and patient with me and my numerous questions! I can't tell you how good it feels to know I'm giving my business to a NEK dealership, even though I don't live in the area anymore. The St J Subaru team cares enough to listen and respond and never once made me feel like I was putting them out - despite trading many, many emails. They want to make a deal that works for you and don't give up until it happens. I can't wait to pick up my new Crosstrek this weekend! :) More

The salesperson I dealt with glossed over the terms of the contract and only provided me a one page summary of the terms, which I assumed was everything I needed to know. When the muffler fell off on the car a few months later, I began making phone calls to seek a repair I thought was covered. Upon conversing with the salesperson who sold me the contract and the third party provider of the service contract in New Mexico, I learned that I was never provided with the full contract and the repair would not be covered (which was explained in the missing contract pages). As if it weren't bad enough that they neglected to at least offer a full copy, the employee made weak excuses for not providing the contract, stating it is too long, it would waste too much paper, and the onus on the business would be too great. It should be standard business practice to provide all papers to customers to make informed decisions, especially in a digital age when documents are so easily shared. This thin pandering left a really poor taste in my mouth. The car itself is okay. But we are off to the mechanic tomorrow for an uncovered repair even with an extended service contract. More
