The deal came about within one hour over a few emails and a couple of phone calls. I had no hesitation of making a 5 hour drive from out-of-state. No time wasting and no hard-sell on after market products. The salesperson - Matt Robinson, and finance manager - Nick Lussier were extremely professional and at the same time very personable. Pleasant experience Everyone is very pleasant. I got there ar 10am and was greeted immediately. There was 2 other customers there already. I test drove the car, made an o Everyone is very pleasant. I got there ar 10am and was greeted immediately. There was 2 other customers there already. I test drove the car, made an offer, and finally came to an agreement no later than 11am. In that time, the showroom filled with customers. Then, I had a rather long wait to finish the transaction and I wasn’t on my way until after 2, that I didn’t like. All the people working there that I interacted with were great. Just on a side note, after I got home I saw an ad for St. J Subaru that said “ all Subaru’s purchased in October will have an auto starter in it”, this was never mentioned to me. All in all, a very pleasant experience. More

Left thinking i would be back in a week to buy. 2 times during the week promised returned calls with answers were not returned. I arrived at 335 on a saturday afternoon to pick up my new car for a 330 appointment. I was not taken in to paperwork for more than 90 min. Several times i was thanked for my patience and told how busy it was. I was not told of bank change. After purchase review of car was quick and i had to drive home in the dark More

The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with is that I requested full detailing/cleaning because there was a previous pet in the car and there was scattered dog hair. When I picked up the vehicle the front/back seats were cleaned but there was dog hair behind the seats, on the ceiling and in the cubby. The service department did not do a great job with the cleaning part of things but sales did great. I would purchase there again and would recommend others. More

( this charge was removed.) We are not financing the car -- we are paying cash for the balance due.for the purchase of the vehicle. We bought a 2018 Forester -- hoping to save some money as opposed to buying a 2019 model. I am uncertain whether we saved that much. More
