Bill Brit VW sets the bar when it comes to customer service. I have been a customer of theirs since 2004 when I bought my VW passat from Rich Trippy and have also bought a Mazda Minivan from him as wel service. This past week I was in the market for not only one but two new cars and Rich was up to that challenge at getting me a great deal and out the door in exactly the cars I wanted. Rich for the 4th time now set the standard at what car sales should be like. There when you have questions and not there when your just browsing for yourself. I am a very educated customer and for the most part when I have looked at other car manufactures I often know more about the car im looking at than the seller. Not with Rich his product knowledge is awesome and we often would go back and fourth about what VW is doing and where there going with their cars! Rich gets to know his customers and knows their situations when looking for a car and goes that extra mile to make sure if there is any chance at all that you will be driving away in exactly what you want! Bill Britt VW is a great dealer, from Jason the service manager, to Pam the Service writer you get amazing service from all areas of this dealership. If and when I ever move away from VA I will be buying cars from Rich!! This was my second purchase at Bill Britt Mazda. I purchased a Mazda 3 last year and returned to buy another this week. The employees there do not work on commission and are genuinely interested in helping you with the right vehicle. I had been eying the Mazda 6 for over a year. Kirk Ross showed me all about it in the most professional way of any car sales person I've ever dealt with. I've been a car salesman before and of course feel qualified to offer this review. My interest when I stopped in was to trade in my Jaguar for a more economical yet attractively optioned USED car. I had done the homework and even visited CarMax which is usually a good place to purchase new cars. I wanted a Used Mazda 6 because Kirk did a great job explaining everything about the car. What I didn't want was to absorbe the cost of a brand new car. Well...... Kirk happened to have a loaded "Touring Plus" which essentially had just about everything as the top line "Grand Touring" model. This was a new 2010 (the last one on the lot). I understand the no haggle concept but jeez.... at the price offered on the window sticker I was about to get a brand new car not far into the next model year but for better than any used competitor brand. Not to mention a brand new vehicle. Through this transaction I visited the dealership for various reasons. Each time I was helped by others on the sales team just as I was their own customer. This despite being Kirk's customer. .........The sales Team at BB Mazda is truly a team. The all work as a unit. Their customer service, friendlines and integrity is deserving of my strongest personal review and recommendation. And.... If you're not convinced these are "good guys"; Oh Bye the Way; I received the best trade in value for my Jaguar of any other dealership to boot. I'm 100% delighted with the Mazda 6, the dealership and the entire experience. Buy from Bill Britt.... you won't regret it. More

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I already had a deal in place at another dealership for a used vehicle and just went to Bill Britt to make sure I was getting the best de dealership. Not only was I given a better deal at BIll Britt, but was able to buy a brand new type of vehicle I was going to get at the other dealership with the same amount of money I had to put down as well as a better interest rate. The salesperson, John Batt and Ryan (finance manager) were very pleasant and keep me in the loop and were entertaining during the whole process. The staff are real believers in the Lord and true christians, so I felt really comfortable during the process that they weren't just trying to stuff a deal down my throat. You can haggle with another dealership until you're blue in the face but many times you will not get the price down to Bill Britt's no haggle price. Plus, you didn't have to waste all of that energy going back and forth with the sales manager. All of the sales persons at Bill Britt work on salary so there is NEVER any pressure to purchase a car. When you get to Bill Britt be sure to ask for John Batt or "the BATTMAN". He is kind, knowledgeable and professional. John will answer all of your questions, he'll ensure that you have the car that is right for you and personally show you how the car works from top to bottom. Even after John sells you a car you can call him with questions or concerns and we will always do his best to help you. Bill Britt is number one in my book. More
