Overall, pretty good experience. Duval was great, very friendly, personable, and went out of his way to help me out. When it came to the Military Discount, Wais made it seem like my service in the National Guard was not applicable, even though I served 8.5 years, was honorably discharged (per Kia Website), and provided 3 documents and a veteran status Real ID drivers license to substantiate that. He said because I didn’t have a DD214 I wasn’t eligible. They quoted me with the military discount but never told me I required specific paper work. It was a bit demeaning. Also, if you’re going to have discussions like this, make sure they are out of earshot of customers. I heard a lot more conversations like this than I should have, as a customer. More

Even though the Service Dept representative was very kind and receptive, when my car was "ready" they didn't perform a couple of tasks. When I mentioned that to the representative, he talked with someone fro and receptive, when my car was "ready" they didn't perform a couple of tasks. When I mentioned that to the representative, he talked with someone from the garage to do the missing tasks. Then another person told me, "your car is ready", well, it was not. For a second time, one of the tasks was not completed. Only then, with me next to the car, they finally did it. It was not a big deal, but someone has to check that the car is "really ready" so neither they nor I will waste time. More

I took my car in to be serviced for a recall that was sent to me. Since I live a couple of miles away and it was 15 degrees outside I asked to get a ride home. The guy told me there was no one available sent to me. Since I live a couple of miles away and it was 15 degrees outside I asked to get a ride home. The guy told me there was no one available so I had to walk. They told me that the service would take about 3 hours and I dropped my car off at 8. at about 11:30 I called to check on it. The lady that answered the phone said they were all busy and she would leave them a message to call me back. After a few hours went by with no return call, I called again and found out it was ready. I was able to finally get my car about 3 pm. This was 7 hours after I dropped it off, when I was told it would take about 3 hours. Overall, it was a terrible experience especially since it was my first time there and I just bought my vehicle there 6 months ago. More
I had an appointment for an oil & filter change at 9:00 am. Jonathan Woods was my service rep. By 11:15 I have not heard anything so I went to get an ETA on my car. Could not find anyone, so I spoke with the cashier she went and found another service rep. I told him I had another appointment at 11:45 an never had an oil change take so long. He went to find Jonathan but could not. So he tried to help me as best he could. He said I was schedule for and oil change and apparent recall notices I never knew they were going to do. If I had known about the recall updates I would have for gone them until another day when I had more time, but unfortunately I was not made aware they would be doing these. The other service rep. went and spoke with the technician and said he would be done in 15 minutes. unfortunately that did not happen. 35 minutes later, Jonathan came out to get me. He walked me over to the cashier, I mentioned I had a coupon, he got really irritated stating I was supposed to give the coupon to him upon checking in. I said I'm sorry, I forgot. He then rudely said I give you the discount this time but next time you'll have to pay full price. He then walked off around the corner to adjust price, then all you could hear was him cussing and hollering about the printer, I looked up at the cashier and she was so embarrassed. This was so inappropriate. Cashier received a phone, person they were asking for was not there, she asked Jonathan about it, he blurted out she has covid (very unprofessional) and she would not be back anytime soon. Cashier then responded can you take the call now or you want me to take a message and you can call her back later. His response was I don't care I'm not doing either. I then proceed to pay. He handed me my key and folder then walked off. I turned the corner looked at him as to where my car was, he pointed outside and said its over there. The whole time I was waiting for my car I could hear him taking calls or just talking to other employees. He was extremely loud and complained about every customer he talked to, even called one an idiot. I have been coming to this dealership for 6 years now. Everyone in the past has been extremely courteous, and everyone was that day but him. I've always been kept informed in the past of my cars progress, and any additional items that were needed that day. They would also go over anything that might needed to be serviced in the near future including any upcoming schedule maintenance. Nothing was said. Lets just say I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit. More
