IT WAS TIME FOR MY 10,000 MILE SERVICE THAT I CAME INTO THE SHOP. J.R. HAD SET UP MY APPOINTMENT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS THERE WITH A WARM, FRIENDLY SMILE TO GREET ME. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT CHECKS THE SHOP. J.R. HAD SET UP MY APPOINTMENT FOR ME. WHEN I ARRIVED HE WAS THERE WITH A WARM, FRIENDLY SMILE TO GREET ME. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT CHECKS WOULD BE MADE TO MY CAR DURING THE SERVICE. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SHOW ME AROUND THE NEW PLACE, WHICH IS VERY NICE AND WELCOMING! ABOUT AN HOUR LATER HE CAME OUT AND SAID MY CAR WAS READY TO GO! HE THROUGHLY WENT OVER THE PAPER WORK WITH ME AGAIN TELLING ME WHAT SERVICE HAD BEEN DONE TO MY CAR. I HAD ONE QUICK QUESTION THAT HE ANSWERED FOR ME AND THEN SHOOK MY HAND, SMILED, AND SENT ME ON ABOUT MY DAY!!! A GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! J.R. Moore (Service Dept.) was very helpful by advising me as to the most critical maintenance items which should be replaced or repaired on my vehicle. He felt, for example, that I definitely should repl me as to the most critical maintenance items which should be replaced or repaired on my vehicle. He felt, for example, that I definitely should replace the timing belt on my car because it could prevent me from having major problems and very costly expenses from possible damage to my valves. On a couple of other maintenance items which he suggested for repair, he said it wouldn't be a problem to have them taken care of on my next service appointment if that would help me by delaying that expense until that time. I appreciate JR's opinion and advice and I feel he is looking out for my best interest. More
