Purchase of new RAV4 My 12 year old Matrix was fatally wounded in an accident. It had been serviced (very competently) by Gusweiler since I moved to the area, so I went th My 12 year old Matrix was fatally wounded in an accident. It had been serviced (very competently) by Gusweiler since I moved to the area, so I went there to look at a RAV4. Brooks explained the difference between the three trim lines and located a vehicle with all my desired options. Although I wasn't ready to buy the car until the following week, Brooks went ahead and got the car so it would be thee when I was ready to pick it up. No high pressure tactics for the car, nor for the optional insurances, warranties, etc. When I picked up the car, Brooks took quite a bit of time going over all the controls, etc., and synched my phone to the car, so I could call my sister when I was driving home! I will be taking my new car back to Gusweiler for servicing, as they are accommodating, knowledgeable and always willing to spend time explaining what needs to be done. More

My Highlander has 180,000 plus miles and Gusweiler's staff treated it like it had just been driven off the show room! I was treated fairly, professionally and with respect. I worked with Jason Faul and he was wonderful! Everything was exactly as we discussed prior to the service, without any costly surprises. I GREATLY recommend this dealership for it's small town friendliness and it's uptown knowledge of all the latest information regarding your vehicle.
