2015 Highlander My wife and I had a great experience with Keith and his team when we bought our 2011 Avalon several years ago. During that time the Service team took My wife and I had a great experience with Keith and his team when we bought our 2011 Avalon several years ago. During that time the Service team took great care of us and they were always so personable and informative when it came to understanding the care and maintenance of our car. Unfortunately our Avalon was totaled. We liked everything about that car and we were devastated that we had to find another car. Due to the redesign of the current Avalon we were not sure this model was the replacement for us. We searched many different car dealers, including the Toyota dealers, all over Cincinnati and the northern Kentucky area trying to find something we liked. We eventually decided to stick with Toyota (you just can't beat the quality) and this time go for a Highlander. I am not sure why there is such a gap in the sales experience between dealers but for us it was huge and once again, by far, Keith Guthrie and the folks at Gusweiler stood head and shoulders above the rest in our deal and the sales experience. For us, this dealership is like 57 miles from where we live. If you are looking for a car, it is worth every mile for you to check out Gusweiler before you make a purchase decision. More

I bought my first ever Toyota from Gusweiler because the were the only dealer that had a Sienna XLE in stock. At the time I had no idea what kind of a dealership they were. I was treated so well by the Salesperson at the time, that I drove away from the Dealership in my fist Toyota. That was over Eleven years ago. One year after that I went back with my wife to purchase a second vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, only because I had been so pleased with the service department, that I didn't consider anyone else. My 2004 Sienna had 18,800 miles on it and was still in top notch shape. Due not only because it was taken care of,, but because Gusweiler Service Dept. knew that vehicle better than I did. They always let me know when something was due, without forcing or pressuring it. Just a friendly reminder to let me make up my own mind about getting it done. Through an unfortunate accident, not of my doing, my 2004 Sienna was totaled.. Hence a new car was due. Because of my experience, and after 11 years getting to know the people who worked there, I didn't even consider looking anywhere else, or dealing with anyone else. I am now the proud owner of anew 2015 Sienna XLE and as expected was treated like royalty when purchasing it. I plan to keep on going to Gusweiler as long as I'm able to drive and "YES" the Corolla is still in very good condition. Thanks to them. For my money I wouldn't think of dealing anywhere else. More
