4th New Car Purchase -Best Dealership Experience in 20 years I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships: Kings, Voss, & Beechmont. Kings & Beechmont: very pushy to sell. Voss okay. Beechmont tried to make me go f I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships: Kings, Voss, & Beechmont. Kings & Beechmont: very pushy to sell. Voss okay. Beechmont tried to make me go for a lease which I was extremely apposed to. Also, person doing tradein valuation: didn't even take the time to get keys. I got tired of rude salesman, got up and went to sales mgr office and complained and walked out. Visited Gusweiler: 2 different times, was offered a car to drive both times. All staff knowledgeable and very helpful to pick the right car for me. Came back and purchased. Ken went the extra mile to find the right car to fit my needs. The gentleman doing financial paperwork, explained paperwork very patiently and thoroughly. This is my fourth new car, and he made me aware of all the details to make the best financial decisions regarding warranties, etc. Also, service dept, Jason: very efficient. Even Becky, the secretary, checked on me, making sure I didn't need anything. Would recommend anyone looking, or needing service, to go to Gusweiler, even if it's a drive, best customer service I have had for a dealership in 20 years and 4 new cars. More

Jason and the Master Mechanic provided excellent customer service and consideration during our breakdown that occurred half-way to our wedding destination in Indiana. Jason and the Master Mechanic stayed late to ensure we had a rental car to resume our trip and that we knew the reason for the breakdown and the repair costs. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and received all paperwork necessary to claim comprehensive insurance coverage from my carrier. Toyota road service 800# also got us a tow truck within one hour!! More

We were impressed at the friendly "down to earth" atmosphere that was evident the minute we walked into their facility. Ken Eidson went over and above what we expected to get us the 2015 Toyota Venza that we had been looking for. There was never any pressure to purchase from anyone there, only friendly responses to our questions and concerns. We live more than 30 miles away, but it was well worth the trip for us!
