Weekend disaster avoided I experienced a problem while on a trip from Boerne, Texas to Houston., Texas. We stopped in Sealy, Texas at the Ryan Ford dealership where we dealt I experienced a problem while on a trip from Boerne, Texas to Houston., Texas. We stopped in Sealy, Texas at the Ryan Ford dealership where we dealt with a young man named Mason Koch. I briefly explained what was happening and he looked under the car and immediately recognized the problem. A heat shield had come loose and was flapping around making noise. They did not have the proper parts to fix it so they put the car on a lift and bracketed it on so we could continue on to Houston. He advised taking it in t Jennings Anderson Ford in Boerne when we returned home. Mason a was great help to us and we greatly appreciate the professional attention we were given. So I called Ryan Ford in Sealy, Texas to ask a few questions about our problem. Clayton happened to pick up the phone and was extremely helpful even though we hadn’t bought our truck through them. He suggested they look at the issue so I immediately drove up. They solved it right away. The dealership we had an issue with we had an appointment and they turned us away. Ryan Ford we did not have an appointment and they helped us. We will certainly look into buying our next truck from them. All the staff were friendly but Clayton was knowledgeable and very helpful. Purchase of a new truck I came into Ryan Ford and met with Travis as he called me within a few minutes of me expressing interest in a 2017 F250 Platinum they had on the lot. I came into Ryan Ford and met with Travis as he called me within a few minutes of me expressing interest in a 2017 F250 Platinum they had on the lot. By the time I got out there the truck had sold be he found me another one at the exact same price and during the process of buying it he was with me the entire time. He called to follow up after I had the aftermarket equipment added to see how I liked the truck and I love it. I was so impressed with him I referred one of my clients that bought a 2017 Taurus from him the next week. What a great job! Robb Scott More
Outstanding Customer Service Clayton our Service Advisor was outstanding, he provide service above and beyond, we limped in pulling a 38' 16k lb 5th wheel, with an issue related t Clayton our Service Advisor was outstanding, he provide service above and beyond, we limped in pulling a 38' 16k lb 5th wheel, with an issue related to our turbocharger, he go our truck in for an assessment, told us it would be an hour before the diesel mechanic since he just went to lunch. He had some one take us into town so we could have lunch, upon our return, he told us th necessary part would be in hand the next day, he had found USA place to stay at Stephen F Austin state park. After the mechanic (apologize, I don't remember his name) installed the part, he took it for a test run, didn't like the performance, found that the fuel filter needed to be replace as well as another vacuum hose that was cracked. We have been traveling the USA & Canada for the past 9+ years, we have never had such outstanding customer service. Please pass on our compliment for a job done well above and beyond, the have shown us what they as well as Ryan Ford stand for - Outstanding CS. More
