2015 F-250 Warranty Service I recently had my scheduled service for my 2015 F-250 Lariat 4x4 Diesel. Upon completion, Mr. Koch brought to my attention a small oil leak and asked I recently had my scheduled service for my 2015 F-250 Lariat 4x4 Diesel. Upon completion, Mr. Koch brought to my attention a small oil leak and asked if I had recognized this prior to my service. I had not noticed and when I got home, I then noticed a few small drops of oil where I typically park. I immediately called Mason and told him he was accurate with the assessment and he immediately scheduled my return visit to get the leak checked out. He was able to schedule me within a week into an apparent busy service department. The leak was immediately found, repaired and my truck was ready by the end of the same day. The service was covered under Warranty and my experience with Mason was very pleasant. I have purchased 2 new Fords from Ryan Ford over the past 3 years, and part of my dedication to Ryan Ford is accredited to Mason Koch's handling of the service work I have received from he and his Dept. over the past years. It was a pleasure working with Mason Koch. More

Customer for Life! We purchased one of the very first 2018 expeditions back in December and had a fantastic experience with the dealership and buying experience. Unfortu We purchased one of the very first 2018 expeditions back in December and had a fantastic experience with the dealership and buying experience. Unfortunately, 6 months later the back lift gate motor froze up and locked the gate in place. It also caused damage to the electrical modules in the gate. Apparently they had never seen this before on an expedition and with it being a brand new model it took a lot of coordination with Corporate Ford Service on how to repair the damaged modules in the gate. The process was slow with Corporate Ford's assistance but the dealership stayed very engaged with us on what was happening and letting us know they were doing all they could. After 4 weeks, we still didn't have a solution on how to solve the electrical module problem so I started discussing just trading it in on a brand new expedition. Chancy Pierce was fantastic and had a very aggressive offer drawn up by the end of the same day for me. They went above and beyond to minimize the gap between our trade in (had ~8500 miles) and the brand new one to make the situation right for us due to all the trouble with our current one. I couldn't have been more impressed and we did proceed with purchasing the 2nd expedition. I'm confident most dealers would have just chalked our situation up to bad luck and told us they were sorry. But for Ryan to prioritize our relationship over profit to make us that deal will keep us Ryan Ford customers for life. More

Service visit to Ryan Ford set up by Mason Koch Mason always has things under control. I called in from a business trip to Corpus Christi for an issue with my navigation system and since my regular Mason always has things under control. He quickly scheduled a visit for me a couple of days later when I was back in town and took care of my regular service and the nav system issue. I can always count on Mason to get the job done right and I wouldn't go anywhere but Ryan. More
