Lies lies more lies We did thier pre-approval on-line application in hopes to save time when at the dealership. We got a call back stating we are approved and to come in. We did thier pre-approval on-line application in hopes to save time when at the dealership. We got a call back stating we are approved and to come in. Well LONG horrible story short that was a lie! Not only did I sit in the office with a 3 year old for 3 + hours I was lied to AGAIN to trick me into having them pull my credit only to be told we are denied. This business practice illegal! Then the way I was treated once I brought up all these lies was even worse. I will NEVER go to another Russ Darrow dealership again after this! More
