once you have problem they don't care i have bought 3 cars at Russ Darrow Mitsubishi Wuakesha in last year and half . First car no problems but second car all sorts of problems . 1ST after i have bought 3 cars at Russ Darrow Mitsubishi Wuakesha in last year and half . First car no problems but second car all sorts of problems . 1ST after driving off lots and buying car i never recieved a phone call from bank so i can make payment so i called bank and was told they had nothing so i call dealership and was told they didn't send in the loan in time and i will have to go back out to Russ darrow and resign thje paperwork . ( How does a dealership make that mistake ) 2nd I went to have a oil change done at Russ darrow Mitsubishi and after a week of driving the whole car was shaking and i drive to the next mechanic and was told who ever rotated the tires didn't tighten the nut .( glad i was driving side street or i wouldn't be writing this . ( was given a free oil change ) was looking for another car for my son and thought i would try again and so far ok but just recently i was wondering why i didn't get my emision notice in mail so i looked up licence plate at the DMV and nothing came up . i .called the dealership and was told they wouls work on it so i waited a week and called back and said they talked to them and it will be taken care of but i couldn't wait anymore so i called and took care of it myself i had to pay this years rennewal and last year the they should of paid we i took the car so i called them and was told someone will call me and of course nobody did . I was driving a car for a whole year and it the licence number was never registered . ( never heard from them again) after your drive off lot and you have problems that they cause they don't care. If you need a car go to a different dealship or go right down the street to Russ Darrow KIa at least there's a chance they will take better care of you More

Worst experience buying a car. This was by far my worst experience trying to buy a car. They would not allow us to drive the car until we negotiated a price, how do you negotiate a This was by far my worst experience trying to buy a car. They would not allow us to drive the car until we negotiated a price, how do you negotiate a price when you haven't driven the car. They said it is the practice of Russ Darrow, they didn't want to put miles on the car. When we questioned their rules they were very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy a car from this place, poor business practices and rude people. My guess is they we hiding something with the car and didn't want us to test drive it until we signed papers. Who does that?
